Mandatory routine facial skincare for men

Not only for women, skincare routine should be maintained for men to have a healthy, bright and glowing skin. Daily mandatory facial skincare for men has an orderly pattern, as follows.

Cleanser/face wash:  It removes dirt, oil, and dead skin on the face. It should be selected depending on skin type, whether oily or dry. Cleanser/face wash is recommended to use in the morning and before bed.

Moisturizer: It helps skin to stay moist, protect from drying. Those working in AC room must use a suitable moisturizer every time after cleaning facial skin.

Sunscreen: As lotion, gel or cream, it should be above SPF30 for those working outdoor.  Though it is recommended to use sunscreen every two hours, it should be used at least twice, in the morning and when it feels lost after sweating or face wash.

Remember in addition to undertake this series of daily mandatory facial skincare, it is also essential to adopt a healthy lifestyle such as eating fruits and vegetables, exercising regularly, to drinking enough water for healthy bright skin. Avoiding cigarettes and alcohol also helps to glow your facial skin.
